Print your address clearly so there are no possible mistakes.
Orders that use a fake name are often returned to us as "Not Deliverable as addressed".
  If you do not receive your order within 3 or 4 weeks email us
at orders@vancouverseed.com to check where it is.

Canadian orders take about 2 weeks for you to receive.
International orders take about 3-4 weeks.

US orders take about 2-3 weeks for you to receive
unless using Money Orders as US Money Orders can
take several weeks to clear and we can not process
your order until the money clears.

Do not send orders by Express mail
US Customs often check these and delay the order.
Use regular mail or registered mail.

Due to new security demands we only accept cash or money orders that are left blank.
